2. Overview
This website is for information only. There is no contact form, no customer account, no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising cookies. Personal data is only processed to the extent technically necessary to deliver the site, and when you contact me yourself.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open the site, information sent by your browser is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO); my legitimate interest is the error-free and secure operation of the site. Vercel only stores the log data for as long as necessary for these purposes.
Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. The transfer is based on Vercel's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel.
4. Fonts
The fonts on this website are loaded directly from the site's own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other providers.
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not store any information on your device.
6. Contacting me
If you contact me by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, I process the details you send me (e.g. name, phone number, message, preferred appointment) in order to answer your request and arrange appointments. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where an appointment is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
If you share information about your health with me (e.g. pregnancy, skin conditions or medication), I only use it to check whether the treatment is suitable for you. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
7. Instagram and WhatsApp
This website contains links to Instagram and WhatsApp. They are plain links, not embedded content: as long as you don't click them, no data is sent to these services. Once you open a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, applies. Data may also be transferred to the USA in the process.
8. Your rights
You have the right to
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
